David Killeen

A veteran in the construction industry, some of David’s earliest memories are of being on job sites with both his father and grandfather. In his early teens, David would go on to help his father and grandfather at every opportunity he could get, including after school and on weekends. By the time he graduated high school, he had experience in multiple areas of construction from masonry to carpentry to excavation. Thereafter, he began as an apprentice in the high-rise residential sector. Unlike any other apprentice, David’s previous experience helped him flourish on job sites. After several years, David was managing high-rise sites as a Site Foreman all over the GTA for notable developers such as Tridel. His meticulous approach to the job resulted in the efficiency and effectiveness of the teams under his management. David continuously exceeded expectations and became renowned for completing projects ahead of schedule.

Given his exceptional reputation, David decided the next step in his career would be to start his own company, D&D Forming. Given his humble beginnings, David can recognize and understand the hard work and efforts of each employee. David has set the standard of continued growth throughout the company by allowing management and employees the opportunity to take on both ownership of their work and more responsibilities. With over 20 years in the construction industry, David has navigated D&D Forming through incredible changes and continued growth into the company it has become today.

As President, David is responsible for the development of the management team and for overseeing operations and ensuring goals are met through established strategies.

Daniel Malott

Daniel grew up in the construction industry, hanging around job sites with his father, picking up trash and sweeping out construction sites while his father ran his company. Being exposed to the construction company at a young age inspired Daniel to obtained the same goal in life; to own and run his own business.

Upon graduating high school, Daniel went to college in Texas on a full scholarship for baseball, while studying Architectural Design. This program ignited a passion, and the skill set he learned and developed was only the beginning. Daniel thrived in the high rise industry. It was the courses and training he completed that built the baseline towards his success in this industry.

Daniel managed job sites throughout the GTA. He would oversee projects and review schedules to ensure the completion of each project was finalized in the most time and cost-effective schedule possible. With over a decade of experience, he built a strong network with many contractors, subcontractors, and various companies.

Daniel’s innate ability is to lead diverse teams. Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Daniel Malott and D&D Forming have continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability. These characteristics, along with a deep rooted tie to the GTA have enabled Daniel and his company to become one of the most recognized and respected names in the industry.
